All firearm, ammunition, and NFA sales are final. All non firearm, NFA, or ammunition purchases that are not picked up locally or have all necessary information provided for shipping within 30 days will be placed back into our inventory and a 30% restocking charge will be assessed. Firearm, NFA, and ammunition orders will be held free of charge for up to 7 days, a $10 daily storage fee will be charged for each day the item is held after the initial 7 day period. If the storage fee reaches the value of the item(s), Thomas Peters Firearms will take possession of the item(s) in order to cover the cost of money owed. The purchaser is responsible for knowing the legality of each item purchased in their state. No refunds, exchanges, or alterations will be made to our merchandise in order to bring them into a specific area's compliance requirements. Firearms and their accessories can be inherently dangerous. Thomas Peters Firearms assumes no liability for any injuries, property damage, or death related to the misuse of any items purchased from us. We also accept no liability to injury, damages, or death due to manufacturer defects of any items sold by Thomas Peters Firearms. Thomas Peters Firearms provides no warranties on any products, any warranty that may be offered is done so solely by the manufacturer and issues must be handled with them directly.
